I just wanted to express that I received the shimpment of Kratom from you guys. Also very much appreciate the sample Red Thai that you generously included in my order.

I guess my question is the availability of Kratom. I have read and heard that Kratom shipments are no longer being allowed into the country and wondering how this affects your supply in the future. Are you guys gonna’ be able to continue to carry Kratom as an available product and not resort to some of the “tricks” of your competitors of substituting junk for the real thing.

I know this is an odd note, but just curious about the ability to continue to order and receive product from Kratom lounge. The aroma of the stuff you guys provided is legitimate and is some of the best quality i have found and hope to be a repeat customer SOON!

I would expect the package today. All other orders from that day have been delivered. Most were delivered on the 14th, some were delivered on the 15th. I will stay on top of the tracking number to make sure it gets to you today. If it doesn't I will have another shipment sent out to you in the morning.
